You're in Noah's Landing, one of Springdale's newer, quieter corners on the west side of town — new streets, easy parking, a Walmart Supercenter three minutes away for whatever you forgot. Springdale sits dead center in Northwest Arkansas, which turns out to be the useful place to be. Downtown Emma Avenue, nine minutes east, has quietly become one of the region's best food streets — ramen at Menya Kitakara, steaks at Gaskins, birria at Casa Alejo, and Onyx Coffee Lab, which people drive across the state for. From here, everything else is a short hop. The University of Arkansas and Dickson Street are 18 minutes south. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Bentonville mountain-bike trails are 25 north. Walmart AMP shows are 15. XNA airport is 15. And Arkansas Children's Northwest is eight minutes away — the reason a lot of our guests are here, and a comfort to have close.
